Can Jotform add an HTML via Email "Sign On" mechanism to bypass referring jotform server in the signing client end?

Dear Jotform people: My name is Grant and I previously had some successful answers to my question from you and thanks for that.

If we send a jotform to people in countries where the jotform.com web site is non-reachable (e.g. mainland China), all current "SignOn" will fail, including from within the PDF file or Email-Invitation. So could you people please add a new format of "SignOn", which will send an self-contained HTML file, that normally will be sent to people via email (thank god emails can still work in those countries). When people there fill up the form in the HTML file, and click the "SignOn" button, the local HTML code behind the "SignOn" will send the relevant filled fields' contents to a designated email address, while in your server side another piece of code will loop constantly scanning that designated email's inbox and pickup the new arrivals' contents, then fill up the Submissiom in the form ---- I'm not an HTML expert so the above suggestion is just an idea to bypass referring the online jotform server after the client form is filled and sent, so that people in jotform.com blocked places can still send in a filled form.

This mechanish could also be suitable in places where the Internet speed is very slow so a local HTML file filling and email sending will be much faster or more practical then connecting/referring the jotform server.

Currently we have to send the PDF Jotform to people in China where the recipient fill up the form, send back by screenshot (since normally the filled up PDF can’t saved), then we manually add the PDF contents received from email into Jotform: a laborious & error-prone process, and the signature field cannot be manually filled by us.

    Hi,

We have multiple domains that are associated with the region. You may try checking by adding the subdomains to the same domain to see if it works. Please check either of the URLs are working from mainland China.

    https://www.jotform.com

    https://form.jotform.com

    https://secure.jotform.com

    https://www.jotform.me

Also, you can download the full source code of your form and add it to your web page in order to move form files to your servers. Then, you can provide a link to your web page instead of a form link: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

Please check and let us know if you have further questions.

The above answer didn’t give satisfactory solution to allow users from Jotform server forbidden or internet too slow area to send back their filled forms back to a unified form data collection centre: the trying other server suggestion, even if some of them might work temporarily, won’t guarantee future situation stay the same, plus the form creator has to try each of your server repeatedly each time a new form is designed, from within the Jotform server non-working area? The download HTML source suggestion won’t work for non tech-savvy users and also is an extra burden for users even though they can modify the source codes.

It would be a great feature if Jotform itself can offer a convenient new SignOn item that sends back an emailed back filled data to be automatically processed by Jotform server, as my original email discussed

    Hi,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve your requirements at this time. As previously mentioned, the workaround would be to download the full source code of your form and add your own custom code to achieve your requirements.
