Keep Rich Text formatting when Integrating to google sheets

    Hi,

    I am integrating my JotForm to Google Sheets and it is great except that it loses Rich Text formatting from a long text box in the form (italics get lost).


    How can I set up the Google Sheet or Integration to keep the Rich Text formatting?

    Hi Lory, thank you for contacting support.

    I am afraid the integration can only transfer the raw data to Google Sheets. There is no feature or possible workaround that can be used to change this.
