    Hi There,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can clear your submission data for freeing up space. But please do keep in mind that deleting your submission data is irreversible. Of course, you can download your uploaded files to avoid information loss. Please follow the steps below for downloading your data and deleting submission data.DOWNLOADING SUBMISSION DATA

    • Go to the "My Forms" page and select the form that you need the data from. Then choose the "Submissions" tab at the toolbar.

    • It will lead you to the "Jotform Tables" pages. In Tables click the "Download All" button on the top left of the page.
    • Then from that button choose "Download attachments".

(Deleting a submission will also delete the uploaded file in it.)

    • Again from the "Submissions" tab go to the "Tables" page for your form. Select all submissions from the top left of the page.
    • After selecting all submissions click the "More" button on the top right of the page.
    • Select the "Move to Trash" option.

    • After you moved your submissions to the trash, click the 3 dots icon next to your form name in Tables. Then choose "Trashed Entries".

    • In Trash, press "Select All" and click the red "Delete Forever" button.

    • You will get the following warning pop-up screen, click the red "Delete" button to confirm the process.

If you need more upload space you can always check out our plans on the "Pricing Page".

Feel free to ask for further queries.

Thank you, I have already done that. But it still has not changed.

It looks like the uploads were marked as deleted but weren't actually deleted from the servers.

I have now fixed the issue by removing the uploaded files marked as deleted.

Your uploaded files count should now reflect the real numbers.

Let us know if you require any further assistance,

    Thank you!
