trouble with connecting to itduzzit

    hi

    Im trying to connect my form to itduzzit to integrate with webmerge. However when i look at the field set in itduzzit not all of the fields are showing, only some of those i have put in my big form, a LOT is missing from the list. According to itduzzit they arent reciving any more info then those field displayed at them, is there any kind of field that is not working to send to itduzzit, or limit on number of fields? please help, i really need to connect to itduzzit fully

    Have you tried Zapier? You can also connect Jotform with WebMerge at Zapier.

    zapier dosent fill my needs, when sending with zapier its a delay of 5-15 minuts between zaps, on itduzzit the information is send right away, so i need it to work with itduzzit, the form is "årsredovisning ny"

    You've added some webhooks to your form and I admit, I couldn't find any related information to itDuzzit on how that works but we'll search further.

    Now, it your current method is using the itDuzzit Cloud-to-Cloud Integration service then make sure that you have created an API to your account which has a "Full Access" as required by their integration.

    I tried to do the integration but seems all the fields are showing there, look at this short clip:

     

    You'll notice some of it are showing the field names.  As far as I can see, it has the complete list but some are visible using the names.

    I cant see that all fields are listed, for example the first field in the form is name {foretagetsNamn} or id #input_455, i cant find it in the itduzzit? Also, there is lots of more fields in my form then is showing, dont you think?

    Hi,

    JotForm do not have direct integration yet with itduzzit. So we are not able to troubleshoot the integration itself.

    Since you are using Webhooks to integrate, perhaps you can seek assistance also from itduzzit support also. A similar user on this thread was able to resolve the issue when they set FULL ACCESS to JotForm API in webhook.
