When I try to open photos on jot forms sent to my phone I can’t see the photo. It says oops.

Hello Anna - By default, your account's privacy settings are turned on so you cannot view uploaded files if you're logged out of the account.

If you want, you may disable it by following this guide on how-to-unrequire-log-in-to-view-uploaded-files. That will allow you to view the uploaded files/images even when logged out.
