If you click other heavy metals on the form, you will see the heavy metal word come up and the description.
But for antimony it is not showing.
Why?

Hi,
Could you please explain where exactly in the form do you want antimony to appear?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi,
Are you referring to this form? https://www.jotform.com/form/213007570586152
I checked the form and there's no show or hide condition. I also check the Thank You page and it is working properly. It is showing this message if I choose Antimony:
May we know what answer are you expecting if the user chooses Antimony?

Ok. Pick aluminum and antimony.
you see that it says aluminum and colon in the thank you page and then the description.
but for antimony it doesn’t say antimony colon then the description.
it just has the description

Hi,
I cloned the form to submit two test submissions and here are the results:
- I selected aluminum and colon
- I selected aluminum only
May we know what is missing? Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue so we can assist you better?

sure. As you can see below. I picked several heavy metals. The ones I circled is how the format is supposed to be. Showing the name of the heavy metal along with the description.
However, Antimony does not show anything. Why?

I discovered that no matter what I change the unique name to it will change back to input346. If i change it to animal, then go to settings and then go back to build tab and click on antimony and look at unique id it will change back to input 346

Hi, Thank you for getting back to us.
I tested your form to see the format and here is the result:
You're correct, the field's Unique Name automatically changes with the label. What you could do is download the Full source code of the form and edit the field names right there in the code. Then you will have to upload the code to some online domain (since you cannot upload it back to the Form Builder).
Let us know if that could work for you.
