my booking arent showing on my booking form

    I received 2 bookings today l got the pay pal payments and went on to the booking form on my phone and lap top and no bookings showing.I contacted the clients through pay pal e.mail and had to take their booking through a phone call.

    plus can l ask why £4.40 taken out of my account each month by jotform when l paid in full for my bronze subscription.

    l was running the booking form of another website also at the same time and the blue circle was just spinning and clients where waiting to long and contacting us by phone instead.

    Hello Gerard - I can see some submissions are in the PENDING PAYMENTS:


    Can you check if the payment submissions you are received are in there? If so, please mark it as complete so it will be moved to the Table.

    And to prevent that, please set up an IPN on your PayPal account. Here's a guide for that:

    Also, I can't find any Jotform here: Can you please send us a link to the specific page where the form is embedded so we can check?
