Restrict delivery

I am running a restaurant. Is it possible to restrict delivery is available only to certain region? For example, there are some platform where you can draw a region on the map and set the delivery properties for this region.

I would suggest adding a drop-down field where the customer can select their region and only include the regions where delivery is possible.
