Still receive Storage subsctiption charge though upgraded to Bronze

    plus can l ask why £4.40 taken out of my account each month by jotform when l paid in full for my bronze subscription.

    I can see you have subscribed to a Storage Yearly plan last May 21st then downgraded to Storage Monthly the same day. Please see this ticket for reference: https://www.jotform.com/answers/3115378-accidentally-upgraded-to-the-wrong-plan

    It still renews every month since then reason why you are being charged for it monthly. I went ahead and canceled your Storage subscription and refunded the charges. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect on your account.
