My form's fields turn black when clicked

Hi!

I built my forms and all looked fine. Then, once I embedded them into my webpage and made those pages live, now, whenever I click on a form element, that area turns black and it's no longer readable.

I'll attach 2 images. One pic shows what I see when I preview my form in the Form Builder - which looks as I want it to look. The other shows what happens to the form that's embedded into my webpage - and I've clicked on a question, and it all turns black.

I'd be so appreciative for some help! Thank you in advance!!
