The link that was sent to me to sign a form does not work

I need to sign a form in order to unlock an exam for my real estate course, however the link that was sent to me does not work. It tells me that the page I was looking for does not work or can't be found.

That link you shared is a picture of a signature. Note that only the owner of the form can view images and/or uploaded files in a form.
