Form Changes: Forms not saving when any changes are made

    Hi

    I Upgraded my account yesterday to allow more submissions.

    Now when I go to make any changes to my forms it doesnt save.

    I need to make more forms - I was able to clone a form but it is not letting me make any changes to the new form or any of my existing forms. It allows me to make the change then the page refreshes all by itself and the change has not been saved.

    Please advise what is happening as soon as possible

    I can't see any issues in the account subscription, so I've just tried clearing your form caches.

    Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies too then try again.

    Let us know in case the issue still persists.

    Hi

    I have cleared the cache, done a shutdown and tried incognito mode - also tried chrome and safari.

    Same thing is happening.

    Is there a setting that prevents you from editing your forms?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    May I suggest you visit your form settings tab and then try to toggle the "Form Status" then disable it, and enable it again to see if it will resolve your issue.

    Hi

    No it didnt work. same thing is happening.

    It is not saving any changes I make. I make the change and it is like the page refreshers and it doesnt save

    Hi Kym,

    I guess this might be a temporary error.

    Have you tried using the Form Revision tool? It reviews any recent changes made you your form and reverts to older settings to help pinpoint conflicting commands.

    Hello Kym - Can we conduct some test to your form: https://form.jotform.com/213168590363862? We will try to check if it's with the account since we cannot replicate it on our end.

    We will open the form in the builder, add a single field, then we'll see if that will be saved or not.

    Please advise if you agree.

    Yes thats fine -

    I have done more tests and change text fields but not photos or the name of the form.

    Please see if you can change the name of the file from

    Clone of Figtree Santa Photos Order Form 2021

    to

    Singleton Square Santa Photos Order Form 2021

    Also try changing an image in one of the products

    This has all happened since we upgraded our account to Gold yesterday - We are no where near our limits.

    We need it rectified as soon as possible.

    We are using the forms so need to ensure the live forms arent affected.
