THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME i HAVE TRIED TO GET AN ANSWER, BUT SINCE AS FAR AS i CAN TELL, NONE OF THE ANSWERS GIVEN MATCH THE FACTS:

Most Recent Answer: Form Limits, Unique Submission, No Check

Most Recent Answer: Form Limits, Unique Question, No Check

And Yet all this week there appears that every time I complete the form and submit it                 the form seems to be accepted, but after a few seconds of delay the system displays the           following:

    This form is currently unavailable!

Apparantly none of the responders to my repeated queries have been able to answer how this problem can be controlled. As a result, JotForm is totally non functional for me for several days.  Is there anyone at Jotform that can solve the problem?

    Thanks

    Dwight

I logged in to your account and found that it's Unique Submission Check is set to "Strict".

Did you intentionally set this configuration? If not, is there anyone else from your organization who has access to your account?

In any case, please try changing this to "No Check" then let us know how it goes.

    Cheers!
