How do I calculate several months from a date?

Hi, if you look at my form, "Sign PDF" https://eu.jotform.com/build/213146620505042, you'll see that I'd like the user to enter a start date and then have the form calculate three months, 6 months, and 12 months from that start date.

I would then like the form to calculate the last day of each of the months. I found it difficult to do this manually because of leap years.

To better assist you, could you please provide us with more information on what you're trying to achieve?

For example, I pick November 20, 2021. May we know what results do you want to show on the six form fields? (3 months, Last day of the 3 months, 6 months, Last day of the 6 months, 12 months, and last day of the 12 months)

So, if your chosen start date is, November 20, 2021 then this is what should appear in the following fields:

Three Months: January Last Day of Three Months: 31

Six Months: April Last Day of Six Months: 30

Twelve Months: October Last Day of Twelve Months: 31
