Hi there - I recently added a tip feature to my form, but I don't think I set it up right, because it appears like a few customers have tried to tip me (handsomely!) but it hasn't been added to the total. Could you take a look at my form and let me know how to correct this issue?
Thanks!

Thank you for reaching us!
I have noticed that you have not defined any price on the Tip product. I have added a $1 price to it:
Now whatever amount is entered it will multiply with $1 and you will get a result. If you want we can hide the $1.00 amount from the form via CSS so it will display like a text box and the user will be entering an amount to tip you.
Should you have any further queries, please let us know.
Glad to assist you!
Thanks.

notice that you have to click a down arrow to see the text box, and I feel
like people might miss it. Is there a way to keep that expanded like the
other sections?

Hi Kaela, you can disable your "Show category titles" to show the tip product.
In your Payment Settings click on the Settings button.
In your Settings>Show Category titles and set it to NO
Let us know if this fits your requirements.
