404 Not Found When Opening Downloaded Submissions

    Hi Jitform.

    Whenever I download the current form submissions in Excel or PDF, I get there mascot fishing on the dock catching a '404 fish' when I try to open the ZIP file sent via email. Help! (And thanks.)

    Hi Neal,

    We checked and tested the issue but we did not come across any trouble when downloading submissions in excel.

    We cleared your form caches. If you still face the issue please try to use another browser or clear your browser cache.

    Thanks, Mubeen. I tried opening the link in Safari, Edge and Firefox browsers but they all result in the 404 Not Found. Send the linked ZIP file cannot be accessed. Please advise! Thanks.

    Can you please confirm if you are logged in when you try to view the submissions? We can see you have enabled 'Require log-in to see submissions.' in the settings of your account. Can you please try to disable that?

    Mubeen- Confirming I am logged in and we do want to ensure an 'admin' is logged in to view the submissions because they contain private data. Should that still work with that checked? Thanks.

    Hi again,

    When you enable that privacy option, kindly make sure you're using the same browser where you're logged in when accessing that link. Alternatively, you can follow the guide below to disable it and allow access to that link by everyone.
