    I am looking for a form template with the following features:

     

    1-     To enable the customer to advertise, ad comments, information or text, as well as being able to add an image on a page.

    2-     To enable the customers to see their advert immediately after the cost of advert has been successfully paid.

    1)  Individuals can upload files in your form, add comments and provide more information.

    2)  Also You can add a payment integration into your form to sell your products.

    In this form will the customer be able to upload the form onto the page automatically or the order will be emailed to us and we will need to upload it onto a specified page in our website?

    Hi,

    The form template suggested by BDAVID, will allow the customer to upload image file.

    Since the form have Notification E-mail, it will be able to send you e-mail of the order. The uploaded image link will be included in the e-mail.
