Hello,
How do I have some form of conditional logic or something that if they select certain answers, it will autopopulate an answer in a hidden field? For example: If they choose '1 pod daily'
I want the form to automatically choose the quantity/frequency of '1 pod daily' and also 3 month quantity of 'up to 100 pods' as this is something that will be reflected on the PDF generated. So essentially, if they choose the first option, the form should generate the first options of the other fields and if they choose the second, the form should generate the second options etc.
thank you for your help

Hi,
You should create an update/calculate field condition. You can follow the steps below.
You can think that you have a form like this. The second field is hidden.
On the settings page, you should create an update/calculate field condition like above. When the first field is filled, you can copy the first field value to the second. After that in your pdfs look like below.
Also, your tables will look like below.
If you want, you can use textbox instead of the second single choice field.
Hope this information helps.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi,
I have created a demo for you: https://form.jotform.com/213267779172061
You can use 'Calculate a field's value' to auto-fill another field base on answers in the first field:
You can apply the same concept to your form.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
