Captcha error after submitting form(Rate limited or network error )

    I keep getting an error stating something like "rate limited or network error" on the CAPTCHA. The people filling out the form are not able to submit.

    Hello Sanjay,

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

    I've been unable to replicate this issue using Captcha on my own form. Would it be okay if we did a test submission on your form to see if we also get this error?

    Are your users also getting the same error message when the Captcha is shown?

    Hello sanjayv,

    Thank you for using Jotform.

    The Username and Form ID has been whitelisted. You should be able to log in using the IP address you mentioned.

    Sorry but can you tell me you are talking about which IP address?, 'The Username and Form ID has been whitelisted' What is meaning of it?

    Please excuse the confusion.

    Could you try testing your form on a different network?

    I submitted a test Submission on your mentioned form and was able to submit without probelm.
