I have about 10 pending payments but what I would like to know is should I just leave it as pending will the payment still go through? or has the customer abandoned the payment?
I really am unsure as pending payments sounds like they will go through eventually?
I'm confused please advice me, should I ask those customers to re-fill out the form or will the payment go through just by waiting more time?

Ussually, a incomplete payment means that your users changed their mind at last minute. It is recommendable to enable IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) in paypal, please follow these steps:
Go into your Paypal account, Click on the Profile menu, select My Selling Prefences
Midway down the next page is a 'Instant payment notifications' field, select click on the Update button to the right of it.
Click Choose IPN Settings, Enter http://www.jotform.net/ipns/paypal.php into theNotification URLtext box and ensure Receive IPN Message (Enabled) radio button is selected. Click Save.
