I can't update my Jot Form Account

    I can't update my Jot Form Account as it is listed for some reason on your system as shenagh.govan%ntlworld.com - I am therefore unable to access it to amend to shenagh.govan@ntlworld.com - are you able to do this at your end please.

    Thank you for your patience.

    The issue with this is that your username is set to shenagh.govan%ntlworld.com rather than the email address being set to the. The email address is actually correct for this account.

    Can you please tell me the username you would like so I can update it for you.
