I am not sure. When I send the link on a phone it is working fine, but as soon as I send it in a mail it gives the 404 code. On my profile it is the Edunet Information video form that this happens to.

I am not sure if it is maybe a setting on my laptop , or something I am doing wrong.

The name also changed from Edunet Information Video to a number at the end of the form.

You were probably using a custom URL.

As per the 404 error, please make sure you're sending the correct form URL.

Will it be able to get back the custom URL form if I accidently deleted or changed it? The reason why I am asking is that this link is posted everywhere on our website and other social media pages.

If I cannot get it back, is there any way I can link the jotform with the number to the same name it was before so that it will open again, or is that broken link gone forever.

Hello,

As long as you didn't change your username you should be able to create the same custom URL that you had before. If you changed your username there won't be a way to make the URL the same again as the username is part of the URL.
