Hi I ordered a gift card on Nov 5 but I am confused as to how I receive the card or how it works. I don't have an actual card in my possession or a QR code to scan...confused

May I ask what kind of gift card did you purchase? We are a Form Builder company and we don't sell gift cards directly from us, Are you referring to coupons sold by our users? If so please refer to the owner of the form instead.
