Create an alternative email response when completeing a specific field in form

I have an Intake form and if the patient selects 'Nutrition' from the Multiple Selection field I would like a different response email to be sent.

I believe I need to use a condition but not sure how to get the optional email setup for response and selection???

Hi,

You can set up multiple autoresponder email and customize it's email template. Take note that FREE user can only create up to a maximum of five autoresponder email.

Once you have setup your autoresponder, you can add a Change E-mail Recipient condition then set it up as shown in the images.
