Why are my forms showing as assigned forms?

    The forms I created are showing only as assigned forms in my account. I am unable to edit them or send them or do anything with them.

    Could you please advise why they are showing only as assigned?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    What is the URL of those forms? You have only one form under your account, which is below.


    For assigned forms, you may not have been given edit permission by the assigner. If you would like to transfer them to your account, please open a ticket using the account under which those forms reside requesting the transfer.

    Yes that is a form I just re-created because I did not have access to edit the two assigned forms.

    I do not have another Jotform account to my knowledge and I am the one who personally created those forms.

    Is there a way for you to tell me under which email address those forms were created? I would like to transfer them to this current account if for some reason they were created under a different one but have no idea under what account they were created.

    The form belongs to the account awaytraveladvisors.

    If you have forgotten the password then you may reset the password.
