We are getting HiCaptcha after submitting our form

    The 2 hours and 30 minute response time is ridiculous. We use these forms in our workday all throughout the day. We have situations that are created because your format is not reliable. Please correct this IMMEDIATELY and let me know. I googled this situation and found that it has happened to lots of people lots of times. can you clarify what the issue is please.

    So you don't need my IP address? I see it seems to be working from my phone...my team is testing their phones.

    This particular antispam measure in our system does not explicitly target the IP address but the account itself. You've been whitelisted already, so you're all set this time. However, if the issue persists for your team, let us know and provide us their IP addresses, especially if they're working outside your network.
