Hello: I have a Jotform (form) embedded in my website. If someone uses the form (contact me) it shows up in my Jotform account but does not get forwared to my e-mail account. How can I get msgs forwared to my e-mail account.
The Jotform is embedded at www.DC-entertainment.com.
Thanks, DonPage URL:

I see that you have a notification and it is setup correctly, however I see the following error in the mail log
Jul 21 12:26:54 yang sm-mta: p6LGQrdX027347: to=<email@example.com>, ctladdr=<firstname.lastname@example.org> (1004/1004), delay=00:00:01, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=esmtp, pri=123521, relay=mx1.hotmail.com. [22.214.171.124], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (mail from IP 126.96.36.199 soft failed sender ID check. Please ensure this IP is authorized to send mail on behalf of [msn.com])
Basically this is saying that the hotmail (msn) server thinks that the mail is spam. Can you check your spam folder and try adding the following address to your address book?
If possible, you can also request that hotmail add these addresses to their whitelist, although they may ignore that.
Please let us know if this works.

Hi Daniel: you were correct. I found one of my msg in my junk folder and then identified it as safe. I tried another test msg and it seems to work.
Thank you, Don
