Getting automatic captchas

    Please allow the customer to decide this option. This is the silliest thing ever. I have the same issue...only it won't allow me to even submit a form from my phone and my team members cannot either. It's so ridiculous. Stop trying to control everything. Give the customer good, clear information and then allow them to have the power to handle their own settings.

    Hello,

    The automatic captchas are set to appear when a lot of traffic is noticed from an IP to try and eliminate spam. We can whitelist your account from having this appear and I have forwarded this to the review team to get it done for you.

    Hello,

    Your account has been whitelisted and you should no longer be receiving the automatic captchas.

    Thank you. Maybe give this warning when someone PAYS for your service. I'm sorry to be so frustrated but this is the most ridiculous system I have ever dealt with. Get a phone, have a chat system...something to not create a day long drag on your client's workflow.
