Hi our Jotform is appearing on my browser, but it is not appearing on the computer of someone else in the office also using chrome

We also heard recently of another person who coudln't see the form with chrome. Do you know of this chrome issue and how to fix?

So far we have tried both script and iframe options and neither method has worked.

I can also see the form embedded on your website with my up-to-date Chrome browser.
Here's what I see:
The form is also working fine as far as I can see and when testing the fields. There's also no error in the browser console log related to the embedded form. If some of your user's can't see them on their end, it's possible that the network they're connected to is blocking resources from Jotform. Try checking it with a different network or maybe with other browser like Firefox, perhaps there are plugins on their Chrome browser that blocks the form.
