Reminder Email>> Appointments: The customized reminder email does not have any details

    I setup a custom email reminder for an appointment form, but the reminder email is a Jotform standard reminder, can you let me know why it's not function correctly. And it's not sending the appointment date or time?

    I was going through the submissions that you have received. From the server logs, I found that the correct email template was forwarded to the user;

    I performed some tests in my cloned form too and I received the customized reminder email template.

    May we know the submission ID details for which you have received an incorrect template?
