Unable to login with updated password after removing HIPPA compliance

    Following the HIPPA rollout, I was prompted to update/change the Jotform password, this was completed and I was able to access the form builder. A few hours later I was suddenly logged out of Jotform and the updated password was no longer working (same username) . Form builder was accessible even after the password change request but soon after suddenly stopped working. Is everything ok within the account? Thank you.

    HIPAA rollout follow up question.....

    Will the password need to be reset if the changed password was working for a time, then suddenly stopped working? Thank you.

    Hi, I am sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    I have flushed your login attempts so you should be able to log in now. Please try again and let us know if you encounter any problems. or

    Try resetting your password by following this guide below and then try to log in with a new password:

    Thank you for flushing the login attempts. The previous and the updated passwords will still not work. The key information is that Jotform worked for a few hours after the password changed was required (HIPAA), then while still in Jotform, I was suddenly logged out and my credentials no longer worked. Next step appears to be to contact the owner by their email and ask what password is being used? Or, to ask the owner to reset the password?

    Your email address is not connected to any account. Is the issue realted to account dmillshme? That account was locked yesterday and one of my colleagues activated it.

    Also, please note that only the account owner can change the password. If you're still unable to log in ask the account owner to reset the password again.
