Locked out of my account after resetting passwords multiple times.

    I have an EXTREMELY important event tonight and needed these forms and was locked out and no matter how many times i tried resetting the password and logging in on 3 devices i was denied.. I’m VERY unhappy with your platform because this was a great deal of income..

    Hello Gabriel,

    We have noticed that you have a guest account with Jotform.

    There is no account associated with the email Bookinggrm@gmail.com that has some forms in it.

    Previously you had an account with the username GabrielR1 that you have deleted.


    Do you have any other account apart from this deleted account?

    You may share the link to the forms so that we can take a look at the related account.
