Payment option not working

Hi

I always use the same layout form and clone. For some reason it is now not working - so customers cannot choose multiple? http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40754079801961 This is the form - please advise ASAP!

The option you have added to your products, with title Number of sessions in total (all children on booking form), are NOT quantity options, that's why the form is not calculating the total and is defaulting to a quantity of 1.

To solve this problem, delete those options from your products, and replace them with a Quantity option this time.

They already are a ‘quantity’ option – I use the same format all the time and always have done.
