Payment option not working

    I always use the same layout form and clone. For some reason it is now not working - so customers cannot choose multiple? This is the form - please advise ASAP!

    The option you have added to your products, with title Number of sessions in total (all children on booking form), are NOT quantity options, that's why the form is not calculating the total and is defaulting to a quantity of 1.

    Here's a working clone of your form:

    To solve this problem, delete those options from your products, and replace them with a Quantity option this time.



    You may also just clone the modified version from the URL I mentioned at the beginning of my response.

    They already are a ‘quantity’ option – I use the same format all the time and always have done.
