Can I get a receipt or confirmation of my purchase? Thanks!

I just made an order but didn’t get any confirmation or receipt. I paid with PayPal. Can I get some kind of confirmation? Also, I thought I had to sign up to be a buyer.. now I keep getting notices to make a form but I just want to shop not sell. Can you cancel my signup or let me k ow how please? Thanks!
