People are having difficulties uploading material to the Jotform

Hey,

We are having about 50% of the people submitting having difficulties attaching video files to one of our forms.

Is there a glitch, or a reason for this happening?

Hello,

The maximum individual file size allowed in Jotform is 1GB. I checked your form and you set it to 4.9GB. Please try updating the File Upload field limit to 1GB only and see if the issue still persists.
