PDF is not able to receive on mail

    To send form submissions as attachments via e-mail, you can follow these steps:

    1. On the Settings tab, go to Emails and add a new e-mail by clicking Add an email or edit an existing email by hovering on it and clicking the pencil icon.


    1. On the Advanced tab, Turn on the PDF Attachment toggle. You can edit the default document by clicking on the button on the right side and going to PDF Editor. Make sure that the checkbox next to the document title on the left is checked.

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    I had to clone and test your form, perform the following steps in order.


    1 - Open your form and select Settings from the top.

    2 - Select E-Mails from the left panel.

    3 - Click Edit in the Notification section.

    4 - Click Advanced Tab from the E-Mails section that opens.


    5 - Activate the “Send Uploads as Attachment” and “PDF Attachment” sections here, then select the PDF Document you want to be sent and try again.
