E.G I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM A APPLICATION BUT I CANT DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHEMENTS THROUGH JotForm

    I received an email where the website I submitted a project proposal confirmed my application, but I seem to not be able to download the attachments I see in this e-mail through JotForm. When I try to download it says:


    Whoops!

    Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    It seems you have submitted a form and auto-response email was sent to your email address. You are not able to open the link from the email is because of form owner's account privacy setting, which prevents opening uploaded files with being logged into Jotform account.

    This issue can only be resolved by account owner. I would suggest you to please contact the owner of the form or the company whose form you have submitted and they will be able to help you.
