we are selling tickets to an event with options to pay at the door or with a credit card.

I would like to have a count of both 13 and under(free) tickets and paid tickets regardless if they paid at the door or credit card.

how can I have the total of each kind captured for my report, should be separate totals one for free and one for paid.

ultimately we need to know whats been ordered, who owes and how much and who has paid and how much

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I'm checking how we can see the total number of free and paid guests in the submission report. Alternatively, you can download the report as excel and you can get the total number of each type of guest using the AutoSum function.

By the way, I'll circle back to you with the same support thread for other possible workarounds.

    Regards,

I know how to total it on excel, if the values were there. what im asking is how can the fields be populated when they select credit cards. right now only values appear when they select ay at the door. i would also like to see the total of the credit card sales as individual items.

    Hi there,

I apologize for the confusion. I've cloned your form and it seems that it's working as intended. When you select "Pay with Credit/debit card below (Square up)" it shows the option to select how many guests are for free and those who are going to pay. It populates the total sales too when you select the quantity.

I'm not sure if I got it right, however, if you can provide more information and some screenshots to better describe what you wanted to accomplish, that would be amazing.

    Thanks,

if you look at the report it does not give a simple number that can be totaled. it syas all players....

what I'm looking for is a column for free and one for paid regardless of the form of payment and then a column for form of payment.

since we get about 400 people I need a report that tells me who paid, who owes, and how many of each tickets are sold. maybe the way I created the form is the wrong way.

Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, the product list only counts as one field and returns on the column when downloaded as Excel/CSV. You may consider this external workaround I found: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/split-text-into-different-columns-with-the-convert-text-to-columns-wizard-30b14928-5550-41f5-97ca-7a3e9c363ed7?ui=en-us&rs=en-us&ad=us
