I have not had 100 submissions this month

You have exceeded the allowed submission limits. This is the reason your forms are disabled. Only 10 SSL submissions are allowed in Free account and you have already received 14 SSL submissions.
I have manually reset your SSL counter to zero and your account is now active. Please be informed that we can reset the counter only once. You should stop using the secure forms urls and secure embed scripts should be replaced by non secure embed scripts.
You should have received warning emails which is sent whenever you reach close to your allowed submission limits.

Hi, I see there is limit on your form, go on the edit mode of your form, and set the limit to "No Limit".
Let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
