What upload formats work on my form?

Is there a difference using "upload files" vs. "post graphic" when uploading content? Best format?

Hi there,

The easiest way for your users to upload files to your form is by far the file upload element on the form. With this element on your form, you can set a limit on the upload size and set which extensions are only allowed to be uploaded on your form, you can even set a restriction on how many files are allowed to be uploaded on the field.

Currently, these are the file types that are allowed to be uploaded using the file upload element.
