    Hey there,

So if I understood correctly, you wish for the data submitted by the client to go a chain of approvals and other forms.

You can achieve that using either our Autoresponder mail or Jotform Approvals and each time, the data you wish to pass will be sent as an email to the next phase, and will be prefilled with the URL.

Here is some relevant information regarding what I just explained.

    Jotform Approvals

    https://www.jotform.com/products/approvals/

    Jotform Autoresponder

    https://www.jotform.com/features/autoresponder-emails/

    Jotform Prefill forms

    https://www.jotform.com/prefill-forms/

You can try out and sign with a free account and you can always consult here in the support forum and we'll help you achieve that process.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Thank you

    Hello Brett,

There's no way to automatically set this up, but you could create a prefill URL in the notification email on form1, that leads to form2 with some of the information forwarded.

Prepopulating Fields to Your Jotform via URL Parameters

I have 2 example forms here, first Form 1.

When this form is filled in, I get a notification email, with a link to Form 2 that I created following the guide above.

    The link in my case looks like this in the email editor: https://support.jotform.com/213182223688962?songlink={songlink}&basicSongtype6={songtype}&basicSongformat7={songformat}

And when Form 1 is submitted, it takes the submission data into the {} tags.

For my example submission, this is the link that was generated:
    https://support.jotform.com/213182223688962
    ?songlink=www.youtube.com&basicSongtype6=Single&basicSongformat7=Video

So when I click the link in the email, I get Form 2 with the information from the Form 1 submission.

Would this be close to what you're looking for?

    Best regards,
    Lars
