All of my emails from my form are going to junk mail for everybody

Hi, my form's email notifications (to customers and to internal employees) are all going to junk mail for everybody. I need these to go to normal inbox, not end up in junk mail. I haven't changed anything about my emails so this is all of a sudden happening.

Since these are going to customers, I can not just ask everyone to add "noreply@jotform.com" to their contact list. I need this fixed and working as it was.

    Please help

I updated the sender email from "noreply@jotform.com" to an email from my domain. This solved the issue. Obviously there are issues with jotform's standard sender email address.

I don't think that jotform's standard sender email address is safe to use, as it goes straight to junk mail..... this is extremely disruptive for an organization when both customers and internal employees are missing notifications and important information. This cost my client $50, cost me an hour to deal with, and also cost my client's franchisees issues. Unprofessional on Jotform's part.

We understand that. What we can recommend is to try setting up your own SMTP sender email to increase email reliability.

We send hundreds of thousands of emails every single day. It is our job to send emails reliably, and we are very good at it. But, sometimes our emails go to your spam filter or we might get blacklisted on a spam list temporarily. These kinds of things happen when you send huge amounts of emails. So I think having your own sender email will reduce if not prevent this type of issue in the future.
