Surveys submitted but not in response section

Asked by bdteam on July 21, 2011 at 05:19 PM

Hi I have numerous Facility information surveys in my account and I was told that someone submitted a bunch of forms for these different surveys but they are not showing up in my responses section. Arizona is the school who's submissions are not there. Is there any way these could have gotten lost on the server/online and are perhaps housed somewhere else in your system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have these forms embedded somewhere or are you using them as standalone forms? Either way, I don't think there's any reason for a couple of submission entries in different forms to get lost unless we experience a server outage. However, there hasn't been any report of an outage for the past few months, so I don't think it is the case.

Anyway, I can see upload fields in your forms. It might be possible that the person who 'submitted' the form tried to upload large files, clicked submit and then closed or navigated away from the page without waiting for the files to get uploaded successfully. In that case, the information entered will be lost and will not be stored in our servers.

I suggest that you advise the person to re-submit the information and wait for the confirmation page to appear before closing the form window.
