I need to put me account on hold

    Hello,

    I checked your account and it's under Free status so there's no need to put it on hold. Your forms will remain active and continue to receive submissions as long as it's within the Free account limit. You can check the account limits for each plan on this page: https://support.jotform.com/pricing/
