Jotform says it's not available when downloading excel report

    I have been trying to download the excel report of one of my forms and it is not working. The issue persists for a week now, so I doubt it's due to exxeccsive load (every time). I also don't have a network problem.

    How can I get access to the content of my form?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    No we do not have any issue here and you should be able to download your excel report normally. Please share the report URL or the form ID for which you are trying to download the report and we will take a look.

    Our apologies for the issue. How about downloading the submissions from your form submissions page as describe here: How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF? ? Can you try it?

    Furthermore, let me forward this thread to our developers for further assistance about this matter.

    You can now also download your excel report as 2 of 3 bugs related to excel reports are fixed. For your information, excel report download may timeout after ~2 minutes when some big amount of data is requested. We are working on it in order to remove this limit.
