Wrong PDF is being sent

    I am having an issue where I send out an edited form, but the signed version coming back is from the duplicated, non-edited PDF. As in the wrong person's information. What am I doing wrong?

    Could you please provide us with more details? to clarify, do you mean the wrong PDF document is being sent back when they edited the submission?

    Also, kindly please provide us with the form having the issue.

    Yes. So to be specific, I chose the director's contract to clone for the other production roles because there wasn't much to change. I changed the job title, amount to be paid, name, etc. Sent the edited PDF, but what I received in return was the director's original PDF with the other role's signatures.

    Hi there,

    I checked the cloned form, and it is currently not configured to send any PDF document, the same with the original PDF, it is not configured to be sent.

    It seems like you haven't created a PDF document yet, you may try creating one by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report/

    After that, you can have it attached to the email notification.
