URGENT: PDF Editor submit and multi select not working

1. When a multi-select response style is added, some options cannot be selected.
2. The "SUBMIT" button does not get triggered on the editable pdf.

If you're using the PDF form it must be used in Adobe Acrobat in order to submit. When I'm viewing them there I can select everything just fine. If you want people to fill out your form online, please direct them to the form link. https://form.jotform.com/213195648561462
