    Good afternoon,

    I received a notification today that I exceeded my email limit. I wasn't aware there was an email limit. The settings outlined below did not include an email limit. Please advise, thank you.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    There is a daily maximum limit for email (Covers the following function: “Reply”, “Forward”, “Test Emails” and “Share via Email in Publish”)

    May I know what type of email are you referring to?

    Hi Nina,

    The email I am referring to are the ones I send from my form inbox (forwards). What is the daily maximum limit for emails as you've outlined above? Also, what does it mean when it says "Please correct the captcha" when the captcha is a small, clickable box?

    Hello again,

    I'd like to inform you about the limit details:

    • Free users can do 20 email actions daily.
    • Paid users can do 1000 email actions daily.

    Because you are a free user and you did more than 20 email actions on the same day, you may be restricted temporarily.

    If the issue persists, please let us know.
