Hi,
I have now several times tried to transfer a form to the HIPAA server. Each time the process seems to get stuck. Could you please look into what the issue seems to be here? Thank you very much for your help.

Encryption will not work with HIPAA. Hence please disable the encryption option as shown below on your Account data page:
After disabling this option, please try upgrading to HIPAA again.
