I am creating a survey and need to end the survey based on responses to 2 different questions.

If the responder selects "I disagree" to question #1, I want to end the survey and go directly to a Thank You response.

    OR

If the responder selects "No" to question #2, I want to end the survey and go directly to a Thank You response.

I am having difficulty with the condition logic to make these things happen. Can you help?

    Thanks,

    CMH

    Dear customer,

    Thank you for your query.

Please follow the steps outlined below to achieve your objective.

    1. On your form please select SETTINGS and click on CONDITIONALS.
    2. From there you will see an option called Add a new condition - please click on this
    3. From there you will be presented with a list of options - select the CHANGE "THANK YOU" PAGE.
    4. Once on that please select the condition as seen in the screenshot. You will need to do this for the two questions you have1637143746_6194d4c2382b6_Screenshot 2021
